No two rooms are alike, although most upper-level rooms offer views of hundreds of acres of the surrounding towering oak trees.

Our most recent addition is a three-bedroom Barndominium with a central Kitchenette, living and dining area nestled away in a grove of gorgeous, mature, oak trees. Step into a truly unique living experience at this one-of-a-kind barndominium, where the spirit of North Texas Panhandle cities like Lubbock, Hereford, and Muleshoe comes alive in every detail of the decor. Nestled amidst wide open landscapes and rugged charm, this dwelling seamlessly blends the rustic allure of a barn with the modern comforts of a luxurious home.  The interior unfolds into a layout that seamlessly marries the past with the present..  The walls are adorned with carefully curated artwork that captures the essence of Lubbock’s cattle industry, and vibrant music scene, paying tribute to legends like Buddy Holly while echoing the city’s modern artistic spirit. .The Muleshoe room boasts a ‘rocking couch’ providing a perfect setting for gatherings reminiscent of Muleshoe’s tight-knit community gatherings.
